Pre-order Shipping & Returns

Pre-orders are handled differently from standard orders to ensure accurate allocation, consolidated processing, and efficient delivery across regions.
This page outlines how preorder fulfilment, shipping, and returns are managed.
Who Should Pre-order
Pre-order access is not open to the public.
It is offered to a small group of selected communities and partners we work closely with, including clubs, athlete groups, and early supporters of 5DLA.
This approach allows us to:
• Allocate inventory more accurately
• Support group-based ordering and fulfilment
• Gather direct feedback from athletes during early rollout
If you have received access, it is part of our initial community onboarding.
Pre-order Delivery
For preorder items:
• Orders are consolidated after the preorder window closes
• Processing and preparation take approximately 2 weeks after the communicated order cut-off
• Delivery follows standard shipping timelines once dispatched
Estimated timeline:
Order Cut-off → ~2 weeks processing → 5–8 working days delivery
Preorders are fulfilled in batches to ensure accuracy in allocation and inventory management.
Shipping Method
All preorder orders are fulfilled via SF Express:
• Full tracking provided
• Door-to-door delivery
• Reliable regional coverage across Asia-Pacific
Shipping coverage and timelines follow the same structure as standard orders.
Returns Policy (Pre-order)
We offer a 30-day free return policy for preorder items.
Key Conditions
• Returns must be requested within 30 days from delivery date
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Return applies to preorder items only under this policy
Exchange is not supported for preorder items. Refund only.
Return Process
- Contact us with your order number and return request
- We will provide return instructions
- Return the item via the designated method
- Refund will be processed after inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is verified.
Important Notes
• Preorder timelines are fixed based on batch processing and cannot be expedited
• Delivery timing may vary depending on destination and customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping details may result in delays
