General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.5dla.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing with 5DLA Limited (“5DLA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The Website is operated by 5DLA Limited, a Hong Kong registered company. For all enquiries, please contact info@5dla.com.
A purchase through our Website constitutes a binding agreement between you, the buyer (“Buyer”), and 5DLA Limited as the seller.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order through www.5dla.com, you will receive an electronic confirmation detailing your purchase. 5DLA reserves the right to cancel orders where there are errors in pricing, product content, or specifications.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or the currency selected at checkout, inclusive of applicable local taxes. Payment methods accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Alipay, and other options as shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and are listed at checkout. Orders are typically shipped the next business day for in-stock items. We aim to deliver within 4-14 business days across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia; international delivery timelines may vary.

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw or cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, except for custom-made or personalized items. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact info@5dla.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Items for return must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped to our designated returns center (address provided upon request). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or delivered in error.
Refunds are processed within 21 days of receiving returned goods, using your original payment method. Delivery costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned and do not include paid upgrades.
Complaints and Warranty
If you notice any defects in the product upon delivery, please notify info@5dla.com within 7 days. We will facilitate repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Warranty periods and processes are detailed in our Warranty Policy. Complaints are addressed promptly.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact 5DLA Limited at info@5dla.com for resolution. If unresolved, claims may be escalated to the Hong Kong Consumer Council or other regulatory bodies in your place of residence.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, 5DLA Limited is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of your order.
Club Membership and Newsletter
By joining the 5DLA Club or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive marketing communications and activity tracking (see our Privacy Policy). You may withdraw consent at any time.
