Shipping
Within Hong Kong:

Orders are processed within 2 business days from our Hong Kong facility.

Delivery is typically completed within 4–14 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address and order weight.

Orders above the designated free shipping threshold (see checkout for current offer) will be shipped free of charge.

Standard ground courier services are used for all deliveries. Once an order is delivered, 5DLA cannot be held responsible for stolen, lost, or abandoned packages.
We reserve the right to update shipping charges as required by market conditions.
Outside Hong Kong:

International shipping is available for select destinations (see checkout).

Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary by country.

Any import duties, taxes, and customs liabilities imposed by regional authorities are the customer’s responsibility and are outside the control of 5DLA.

Exchanges are NOT permitted for orders delivered outside of Hong Kong.

Returns for non-Hong Kong orders are customer’s responsibility, and all associated international shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returns
To return an item for a refund (excluding shipping charges), the item must be:

Unused with all original tags and packaging

Unwashed and in the same condition as received

Returned to us within 30 days of delivery
To begin your return, please contact info@5dla.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We welcome feedback or reasons for your return, which help us improve our products and services.
Once your return complies with our policy, it will be evaluated. If approved, our billing team will process your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days (subject to your financial institution). All shipping charges, including original and return shipping, are non-refundable.
5DLA reserves the right to evaluate and deny returns if items are found to be worn, damaged, or have lost commercial value due to customer actions. Items purchased at event expos do not qualify for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for orders delivered within Hong Kong.
To request an exchange, the item must meet the return criteria above (unused, unwashed, original packaging, within 30 days).
Contact info@5dla.com with your order number and details of the item(s) to exchange and your preferred replacement. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for sending the item back and shipping your exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges apply as stated at checkout.
Defective or faulty items: If the product is defective or faulty, please contact info@5dla.com. Upon verification, return shipping costs for the replacement will be covered by 5DLA.
5DLA reserves the right to deny exchanges if items are used or have lost commercial value.
