Start with the activity you train most often. Running tops and tights prioritise freedom of movement, cycling apparel is shaped for the riding position, and triathlon suits combine swim, bike and run requirements. Gym and HYROX clothing should move comfortably through running, sled work and functional strength sessions.
Build a hot-weather training rotation
For Hong Kong, Singapore and Southeast Asia, lightweight layers and fast-drying fabrics make repeat training easier. Choose enough tops, shorts and socks to rotate through humid sessions, and add sun-protective accessories for exposed outdoor training.
