For orders delivered within Hong Kong:
We support both exchange and refund.
Exchange (Hong Kong only)
• Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues
• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
Process:
- Contact us with your order number and requested size
- We will confirm availability
- Return the item via SF Express (instructions will be provided)
- Replacement item will be shipped after inspection
Refund (Hong Kong)
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition
Process:
- Contact us with your order number
- Return the item via SF Express
- Refund will be processed after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
International Orders (Outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), China)
For all orders shipped outside Hong Kong:
We do not support exchanges. Refund only.
Refund (International)
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
Process:
- Contact us with your order details
- Return the item to our designated address
- Refund will be processed after inspection
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Additional Notes
• Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by local customs authorities
• Delivery timelines may be affected by customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping information may result in delays or additional charges
