Eligibility & Important Notes:

This program applies only to Fusion products purchased directly from 5dla.com.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Replacement claims and final arrangements are subject to approval by Fusion (the brand owner). 5DLA acts solely as a reseller and facilitates communications; decisions regarding eligibility and replacement are made by Fusion.
How the Program Works

Complete and submit the Damage & Crash Replacement request form.

Our team will contact you to verify your proof of purchase and provide instructions for returning your damaged product.

Upon receiving your return, eligibility will be reviewed by Fusion, and final arrangements for a replacement will be confirmed according to Fusion’s policy.
Conditions

The product must be less than 2 years old.

Damage must result from an unintentional fall or crash (not rough use or mishandling).
